Having dealer level diagnostic equipment - and the technical knowhow on fault diagnosis - is absolutely crucial. It allows us to identify issues accurately and quickly, safeguarding our customers from more costly repairs further down the line.

As a BMW/Mini specialist we utilise Autologic and Launch diagnostics equipment. We are always aware of the latest technical issues and developments via the BMW Aftersales Online System (AOS) and will action all software updates and re-programming. And of course we ensure all service information is logged in the AOS.

We also boast dealer level diagnostic equipment for Mercedes, Land Rover, Jaguar, Porsche, VW and Audi. Our expertise does not stop there, with further diagnostic equipment for Ford, Peugeot, Renault and Vauxhall.

It is incredibly important to us that our customers fully benefit from our high quality diagnostic equipment. Every customer receives a full diagnostic report and we are always happy to discuss our findings and provide recommendations.
